1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777ce website located at https://777ce.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 777ce is an English-language online gaming information platform operated for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using any feature or content available on 777ce, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • "User" — Any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.

• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, welcome offer, reload offer, cashback allocation or other incentive made available to a User, subject to applicable promotional terms.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to the Platform and the creation of an Account are subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age alone does not determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction — you must independently verify local legal requirements.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme with any operator, regulator or gambling support organisation that would prohibit your access to gaming platforms.

4. Account Registration

To access full Platform features, you may be required to register an Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including a valid email address, date of birth and any other required fields.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

• We reserve the right to decline any registration application or to suspend any existing Account at our reasonable discretion, including where we suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any legal or regulatory concern.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is governed by the following conditions:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform may be used for personal, non-commercial information purposes only. You may access Content, read guides, use betting glossaries and interact with Platform features for your own informational and entertainment purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not use the Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or contrary to applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction;
• Systematically extracting, scraping, copying or reproducing Platform Content for commercial purposes without written authorisation;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or related systems;

5.3 Platform Availability

We endeavour to maintain Platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.

6. Bonus & Promotions Terms

From time to time, 777ce may publish information about bonus offers, promotions, welcome packages and other incentives available on affiliated or referenced gaming platforms. The following terms apply to all bonus-related content:

• Illustrative Nature: All bonus amounts, wagering requirements, minimum deposit figures, expiry periods and promotional descriptions published on 777ce are illustrative examples only and do not represent live, current or guaranteed offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Registering on behalf of another person, including a minor;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by local law.

10. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, layout and code, is the intellectual property of 777ce or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit Platform Content without prior written permission from 777ce.
• Personal, non-commercial use — such as printing a single page for your own reference — is permitted provided that all copyright notices and attributions are retained.
• The 777ce name, logo and associated branding are proprietary. Use of 777ce branding without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ce, its owners, operators, employees and content contributors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any financial loss, including gambling losses, incurred through the use of information published on the Platform;

• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform availability;

12. Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ce is incorporated or registered, as determined by the operator from time to time. 777ce does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

Pakistani users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and 777ce strongly recommends that users seek independent legal counsel where necessary.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
